A tissue can cover both mouth and nose. Without one, use a bent elbow rather than bare hands. Put used tissues in the trash and clean hands after coughing, sneezing or blowing the nose. These actions help reduce spread; they are not a guarantee against illness.

Worked example

A comic shows a character using a tissue, putting it in the trash and returning straight to a shared game. Add hand cleaning before the game. You can discuss or mime the story without actually coughing, collecting samples or sharing health details.

Cover with a tissue, or a bent elbow when no tissue is available. Dispose of the tissue and clean hands.
Discuss the fictional choices. Nobody needs to cough or disclose an illness.
