Ask two questions before sharing: who needs access, and what do they need to do? Viewing and editing are different permissions. Choose only the intended people and the access needed for the task. Ask a trusted adult before sharing personal material.
Worked example
A tutor needs to read a fictional drawing description, not change it. Selected-person view access fits that task better than an anyone-link with edit access.
The Fictional Group Poster
In this paper model, Mira needs to read a poster, Ari needs to revise its words, and Theo is not involved. The proposed settings are Mira: view; Ari: edit; Theo: no access. Only those listed people have access, and there are no other links or inherited permissions. The poster contains invented content, not real student names, photos or locations.
